As a registered social landlord, WGHC must produce an annual report for its tenants on how it has performed each year against the outcomes in the Scottish Social Housing Charter. This Report must be submitted to the Scottish Housing Regulator by 31st October 2023, and forms part of their annual risk assessment on West Granton Housing Co-operative.
The report is always for the preceding year’s performance. So this year’s report is for 2022-23. The reports are being hand delivered to all WGHC tenants.

Finally given the level of evidence available against each of the headings above, it is recommended that the Committee of management consider West Granton Housing Co-op to be compliant, with no items of materiality requiring to be highlighted to the Scottish Housing Regulator.
