Our performance is monitored weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually. For example, we monitor rent arrears and maintenance statistics on a weekly basis. Other statistics are monitored monthly. On a quarterly basis our financial management accounts and our operational performance is reported to the WGHC Committee. Each quarter, these statistics are added together to give a cumulative picture throughout the year, culminating in an annual report that is given to all WGHC tenants in October. Many of the statistics are needed for the Scottish Housing Regulator and form part of our annual return on the charter (ARC), others are needed for our auditors (internal and external), others are needed for our lenders.
