It’s that time of the year again!
September sees the 32nd annual general meeting of the West Granton Housing Co-operative Ltd. This year WGHC will hold the AGM at the Prentice Centre on Monday 5th September 2022, commencing at 6.30pm. We need 38 tenants/members to attend or have proxies on the night. The agenda for the evening can be found here.
WGHC must give all its members at least 14 days notice of when it intends to hold its AGM and invite nominations for members to be elected on to the Committee of Management. This notification and the letter that has been sent to all WGHC tenants stands as this formal notice requirement.
Standing for Nomination to Join the Committee
The AGM will include confirming membership of the Committee. If you want to stand for election you must complete and return a nomination form to the office by Friday 26th August 2022.

Can’t attend this year?
It is rewarding to see as many tenants as possible at the AGM. However, if you can’t attend, complete and return a proxy form. You need to complete and return a proxy form to the office by Friday 26th August 2022.
